Dan Lawson, 55, of Chandler died Thursday, December 18, 2003 in a small plane accident near Brooklyn, Iowa. Dan is survived by his wife Carol; his son Chad; and his daughter Tonya (Jon) Hopkins all of Chandler. Dan loved his family deeply, embraced life and lived it fully. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be 1:00PM, Monday, December 22, 2003 at Lutheran Church of the Cross in Altoona, IA with burial at Altoona Cemetery. Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines Iowa is handling arrangements.
