Jack L. Emminger, born June 9, 1917 Ashland, Ohio, passed away December 13, 2003 Chandler, Arizona. Married to La Etta (deceased) for 56 years. Survived by his brother Richard (Carol), three sons, John (Connie), Thomas (Patsy), Douglas, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He served in the Navy for 20 years as Naval Chief on a submarine. Retired from the City of Phoenix. Was a lifetime member of the Submarine Veterans, American Legion and the Elks club. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, at the National Memorial Cemetery, Phx, AZ. Donations may be made to the American Legion Post #26 Scholarship fund 505 W. 2nd Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210.
