Wilfred "Fred" Pavlik, 69, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on December 16, 2003. Mr. Pavlik served the Army. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 20, 2003 from 9:00AM-9:30AM with Services following at 9:30AM at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N. 24th St., Phoenix. Arrangements entrusted to Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home.
