ROBINS, Vista Mae

Robins, Vista Mae Vista Mae Robins, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on Friday afternoon, December 12th, 2003 at the age of 83. Vista Mae was the oldest daughter of Elmer and Barbara Barnes, and was born on February 21, 1920 near Ash Flat, Arkansas. She and her family lived in Ash Flat throughout her early life. Shortly after World War Two, Vista Mae and her husband, Noble, started a career with Greyhound Post House that carried them through Texas, Mississippi, Virginia and New Mexico before they moved to Phoenix in 1957. They managed the Phoenix Post House for a number of years before her retirement. She is survived by her husband Noble, son, William (daughter-in-law Sharon) and 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Christine, Lisa, and Michael. Services will be held 11am, December 18th, 2003 at Oak Hill Chapel, 3079 Highway 62, Hardy, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Children's Homes, Inc., 5515 Old Walcott Road, Paragould, AR., 72450. Local arrangements by Hansen Mortuary.
