Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, AZ Thursday, May 13th, 2010 Artemiza Corral Bocardo, age 91 of Miami, Ariz., passed away at her home on Saturday May 8, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Cananea, Mexico, on October 9, 1919, the daughter of Ygnacio and Micaela V. Corral. She was a member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish. She dedicated her life to her family, and she loved cooking and caring for them. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. Artemiza will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She leaves behind in loving memory her husband of 66 years, Gene R. Bocardo; daughters Carrie Budd, Vera Theissen, Olivia Bocardo and Mitzi Rogers; sons Ignacio Bocardo, Geno Bocardo and Richard Bocardo; twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Artemiza was preceded in death by her son Mark Bocardo, grandson Stephen Theissen, two great grandsons Michael Gilliland and Chad Bocardo and great granddaughter Kory Bejarano.
