HOLMES, Carolyn (Peppy)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, September 29, 2006 Carolyn (Peppy) Holmes, 73, went to be with the Lord on Sept, 26, 2006. She was born Oct. 27, 1932, in Canton, Ohio, to Richard and F1orence Deal, She was one of, five children. Her family moved to Phoenix in July of 1944, where she later met and married her beloved husband, Fred Holmes, They were blessed with two children and enjoyed a full life together. Her greatest delight was in the Lord, and in her family. She and Fred moved to Prescott after he retired in 1986. Survivors include her husband, Fred; son Fred R. of Phoenix; daughter Debbie Baisley of Prescott; sister Dorothy Wesoiek of Cortez, Colo.; brother Richard Deal of Young, Ariz.; five grandsons; two great-grandsons; and one great-granddaughter. Private memorial services will be held Sept. 30 at Sunrise Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, Ariz. The family would like to express our sincere appreciation to the staff of New Horizons Hospice for the excellent care that they graciously provided.
