She was born in Iowa 73 years ago. She and her husband have lived in town since 1971. Survivors are her husband, Frances; a son, Richard M. Taylor; a daughter, Loretta E. Taylor; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, both of Calif.
