He is survived by his wife Ruth Jennings and four children - William E. Jennings (Diana) of LeHigh Acres, Fla.; Mary Jennings Palfi (Edgar) of Schenectady, N.Y.; Anne Jennings of Traverse City, Mich.; Walter R. Jennings (Laurel) of Traverse City, Mich.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in Death by Mildred Johnsen Jennings and his parents G. Ralph Jennings and F. Beatrice Jennings.
