Dawn Rebecca Radcliff, 40, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at her home in Prescott Valley. She was born July 13, 1969, in Phoenix, Ariz.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Miller.
She is survived by her husband Bryan; daughter Brittany; mother Toby; and sister Jamie.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, May 21, 2010, with a celebration of life service to follow at 11 a.m. at Sunrise Funeral Home Chapel, 8167 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley, Ariz.
