Webb, 53, of Ash Fork, Ariz., born Jan. 19, 1957, in Big Spring, Texas, passed away May 16, 2010, at the VA Medical Center in Prescott. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2010, at the Bob Stump VA Chapel in Prescott with inurnment at the Prescott National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VA Medical Center, Hospice Unit, 500 N. Highway 89, Prescott, AZ 86301. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
