The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, May 21, 2010 Obituary: Kenneth A. Van Horn Kenneth A. Van Horn, 71, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 29, 1938, in New Berlin, Pa., passed away May 19, 2010. A private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Yavapai Humane Society, 1625 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, AZ 86301, or Good Samaritan Society, Prescott Hospice, 1065 Ruth St., Prescott, AZ 86301. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
