Steven L. Garcia Jr., 42, of Holbrook and Peoria, a political consultant, died Sept 27, 1990.  He was born in Holbrook.  Survivors include his wife, Alice R; one daughter; his parents; one sister; and three brothers.  

Rosary 8pm Sunday, Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Holbrook.  Mass 10am Monday at the Church.  Owens Mortuary.
