WALSH, Kevin Robert, II

Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ Wednesday, May 19, 2010 Kevin Robert Walsh II, 19, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2010, after a long battle with leukemia. He passed peacefully, surrounded by friends and family celebrating his life, a life he filled to the brim with happiness, joy, and a boundless love for those around him. Throughout his battle, he always kept his head held high and never gave up; even when the odds were terrible, and most would have thrown in the towel, he kept fighting. No matter how bad the pain, or how severe his condition became, he always had a smile for those who loved him. His light was taken from us far too soon, but his spirit will live on with the loving family he leaves behind. He is survived by Vanessa and Sean Wheeler, mother and stepfather; Kevin and Lisa Walsh, father and stepmother; Wendy Walsh, sister; Sabrina Walsh, sister; Sandra Murdock, sister; Zack Walsh, brother; Marty and Rock Hannaford, grandmother and grandfather; Robert and Maria Walsh, grandfather and grandmother; and Robert and Amy Wilson, uncle and aunt. A memorial service to celebrate the life and memory of Kevin will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 29, at Praise Chapel, 419 Harrison St.
