HERBERT MEYER

Herbert C. (Bert) Meyer, 70, of Wickenburg died Saturday, May 5 in Boswell Memorial Hospital in Sun City.

He was a native of Le Mars, Ia. He retired in 1874 after 18 years with the West River Electric Assn. at Wall, S. Dak.

Mr. Meyer was a member of the Wickenburg Lions Club, Toastmasters and the Chamber of Commerce, and attended the Desert Chapel here.

Surviving are his widow, Gertrude; a daughter, Leslie Oliver of Littleton, Colo.; a son, Barry, of Brookings, S. Dak., two granddaughters and a grandson.

Memorial services were in the Wickenburg Funeral Home Monday this week, May 7, with Pastor Richard Coleman officiating.

Burial will be at Le Mars, Ia.
