The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 24, 1979, p. 11 DENIS SCOTT Denis Scott, 23, of Wickenburg, died at home here Saturday. He had lived here 17 years and been employed by the Circle K here since 1976. He was valedictorian at Wickenburg High School in 1973, and a member of the National Honor Society. Surviving are his parents, Betty and “Sarge” William Scott. Friends are asked to contribute to either the Presbyterian scholarship fund or the Elks national foundation in place of sending flowers. There will be a brief celebration of Denis’ life at the First Presbyterian Church at 3 p.m. Sunday.
