The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, September 1, 2007 Frankie M. Smith, 93, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007, at her home in Brownsville, Texas. Born in Charleston, Miss., she lived in Prescott for 45 years before moving to Brownsville where she has lived for the past 30 years. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon, of Brownsville; her niece, Donna Severson, of Jacksonville, Ore.; and her nephew, Marshall Schaefer, of Indio, Calif. A memorial in her honor will be on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007, at 11 a.m. at Central Christian Church, 1100 E. Alton Gloor in Brownsville. She is to be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Thomas R. Smith at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be made with contributions to Central Christian Church. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, cemeteries, mausoleums and crematory, 125 McDavitt Blvd. Brownsville, Texas, 5400 Dignity Memorial Provider.
