JONES, Richard (Rick) Alon

Silver Creek Mortuary, Taylor, Arizona Richard Alon Jones (March 19, 1960 - May 18, 2010) Richard Alon "Rick" Jones, age 50 of Taylor passed away on May 18, 2010 in Show Low, AZ. Rick was born March 19, 1960 in Holbrook, AZ. Rick traveled all over town helping and serving others. He loved children and always made and donated handmade wooden and leather toys. He was an excellent leather and wood worker and did not let his disabilities slow him down. Rick was survived by his parents Richard E. and Verginia Jones of Taylor; brothers Wren Jones of Taylor, Russell Jones of Snowflake, Frank Jones of Taylor; sister May Ellen Jones of Taylor; nephew Henry Jones of Taylor and many other nephews and nieces. Rick was preceded in death by his sister Patty Ann Jones. Funeral Services were held Friday, May 21, 2010 at 1:00 PM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Taylor Stake Center with the interment at the Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery, Taylor, AZ.
