Paul A. Morse died July 31, 2007, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. He was born April 19, 1945, in Flint, Mich,; the son of Andrew and Helen (Vito) Morse. Paul was 62 years old.
Paul’s career was with True Value Hardware for the past 24 years. At the time of his death he was the store’s manager. Paul was larger than life in so many ways; particularly since marrying the love of his life, Linda on March 5, 1998.
He enjoyed being with family. Linda’s children and grandchildren soon became his kids and relished the role as Dad and Grandad. He liked to travel but was inspired by his surroundings at work with the beautiful tools and furnishings.
His passion was beautifying his yard, home and he loved to cook. He was most proud of his grandchildren.
Paul is survived by his wife, Linda, step-daughters, Jennifer (Bobby) Stewart and Michelle (Stuart) Rush; step-son, Joe (Stephanie) Moreland; sisters, Betty (Louis) Toth and Janet (Frank) Winkowski; brothers, Andrew (Ann), George (Lois), Robert (Ilene) and Charles; grandchildren, Destanie, Bradley, Emily, Brandon, Emma and Ella; 28 nieces and nephews; and his many friends and customers, all who will miss him.
A service celebrating the life of Paul Morse will be at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, 2007, at American Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1085 Scott Drive, Prescott, Ariz., with Dr. Dan Storvick officiating.
