REILLY, William John (Bill)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizoan Friday, August 10, 2007 William J. Reilly passed away Aug. 6, 2007, at age 84. He was born in Chicago on May 16, 1923, to Catherine and Timothy Reilly. He was a WWII Navy veteran in the South Pacific. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 6 of Prescott and PT Boaters Reunion. Bill is survived by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Barbara and his five children, Laura Reilly, Edward (Kathleen) Reilly, Jeanette Milne (Michael), Timothy (Deirdre) Reilly and William (Sunshine) Reilly; and eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Catherine Luzietti of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Reilly and sister, Mary Eberhardt and Dan O’Connell, of Michigan. Upon retiring from the precision metal foundry business, he relocated to Prescott in 1986 and enjoyed golf and travel. As a member of St. Germaine’s Church in Prescott Valley, his funeral will be there on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at 10 a.m. Internment will be at the VA. Sunrise Funeral Home of Prescott Valley assisted in the arrangements. Due to the loving care Bill received from Hospice of the Pines and Hospice Family Care, donation to these organizations would be appreciated in lieu of flowers. Information provided by survivors.
