BARTHEL, Anna Jura (Mayma)

Anna Jura "Mayma" Barthel, 83, passed from this life at the RTA Hospice and Palliative Care Center March 15, 2005 in Lakeside. 
      
Anna was born May 2, 1921. In 1941 she married the love of her life, Leonard Robert Barthel of the United States Navy. They spent many years abroad until the late 1950's when they made Arizona their home. She moved to the Show Low area in 2003 from Maryvale. 
      
Anna is survived by her daughters, Anna (Glen) Jones, Maria (Corky) Fisher; grandchildren, Frances, Charles, Leo (Jen), Howard and Charles; great grandchildren, Katherine, Avery, Carter, Leo and Abigail. 
      
Her parents, her loving husband and her son, Tom, preceded Anna in death. 
      
Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
