Reva Truax, 65, died march 15, 2005 at Mesa General Hospital. 
      
Reva has lived in Carrizo all of her life. She was a retired certified nursing assistant and community health representative for 10 years, and belonged to the housing committee.
      
She is survived by one son, Zack Truax, Sr.; daughters Beverly Marilyn Truax, Carolyn Havier, Etheline James, Alfreda Lane; one goddaughter Ruthie DeHose; two sisters Larue Truax, Glenna Cromwell; and two brothers Darell Cromwell and Elmer Cromwell.
      
A two day wake will be held March 24, 25 with burial Saturday, March 26 at 10 a.m. at Lime Stone Canyon.
