Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Tuesday, April 20, 2010 James “Jim” Edward Milligan passed away on April 15, 2010 in Lake Havasu City at the age of 71. Jim was born on Dec. 3, 1938, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Bruce and Cleo (Tillerson) Milligan. Jim was a self-employed trucker and moved to Lake Havasu City seven years ago. Jim attended Lakeview Community Church. He was a great husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great- grandfather. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patty, of Lake Havasu City; sons, Lloyd Vinson, Jimmy Milligan; daughter, Tamie Milligan; brother, Sandy Milligan; sister, Shirley Hopkins; grandchildren, Luke Vinson, Lonni Vinson, Llayne Vinson, Chris Brafford, Ryan Brafford, Zackery Brafford, Kyle Brafford, Cody Milligan, Jodi Milligan; great-granddaughter, Loriann Vinson.
