Robert Lyle Clubs passed away May 22, 2010 at his residence in Lake Havasu City at the age of 74. He was born on Jan. 31, 1936, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Paul and Audry (Bush) Clubs.
Robert lived in Burbank, Calif., and worked as an operating engineer technician for Gardner Cryogenics, which was then acquired by Liquid Carbonics in Los Angeles. Robert and his wife Kathlyn moved to Lake Havasu City 10 years ago. Robert loved to go fishing, playing slots, visiting family and baseball, especially the Dodgers. Robert will be missed by all who knew him.
Robert is survived by his wife of 40 years, Kathlyn; sons, Andy Pokk and his wife Jan, of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Mike Pokk and his wife Kim, of Murrieta, Calif.; brother, Frank Clubs, of Indianapolis, Ind.; sisters, Donna, Brenda and Sandra, all of Indianapolis, Ind.; grandchildren, Candice Pokk, Tiffany Pokk, Michael Pokk, and Kate Seymour and great-grandchild, Kaidence Pokk. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Stanley, Steve and Jerry; and sisters, Sharon, Linda and Thelma.
Funeral mass and burial will be at a later date at San Fernando Mission Cemetery in Mission Hills, Calif.
