Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, Published Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Patricia Pauline Stanley, 74, passed away on April 13, 2010 at Havasu Regional Medical Center, Lake Havasu City. She was born on Aug. 24, 1935, in San Diego, Calif., to Vincent and Anne (Tribendis) Pawlowski. Pat moved to Lake Havasu City seven years ago from Santee, Calif. She worked as a payroll clerk for Havasu Landing Casino in Havasu Lake, Calif., for six years. Pat was a past Worthy Matron of the El Cajon Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, Past Mother Advisor for the Rainbow Girls, El Cajon Assembly. She enjoyed reading, sewing, camping, fishing, gambling, Nascar racing and traveling. Pat was a strong, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She loved the mountains, trees and peace and quiet and also loved her little dog “Rocky.” Pat was all about family and instilled strong family values. She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Stanley; sons, Steven Stanley, of Lakeside, Calif., Kenneth Stanley, of El Cajon, Calif.; daughter, Sandra Stanley, of Lake Havasu City; nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Chapel on Saturday at 2 p.m. Words of wisdom and inspiration will be expressed by Rev. Richard Rounds.
