Samuel Joseph Lloyd Knotts, born to Samantha and Donavon Knotts April 23, 2010 at 9:44 p.m., passed away April 23, 2010 at 10:05 p.m. in Glendale, Arizona. 

A memorial will be held to celebrate his short life on Saturday, May 29 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Latter Day Saints Church, 12951 N. 83rd Avenue in Peoria, Ariz. 

Arrangements are by David’s Desert Chapel Funeral Home in Wickenburg.
