Luella M. “Lou” Nolan, 76, died at her home in Circle City on May 18 from complications of COPD. Mrs. Nolan lived in Oregon for more than 50 years before she and her husband Dan retired in Arizona.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Dan Nolan; daughters Peggy Jorgenson of Circle City; Donna Allen and husband Jim of Tigard, Ore.; Debbie Luster and husband Kevin of New Orleans; and son Steve Nolan and wife Nicki of Redmond, Ore.; eight grandchildren and many adored nieces and nephews.
