Mia Isabella Acosta Ozeta, 2 ½ years old, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on May 26, 2010. 

She is survived by her parents, Omar Acosta and Rosemary Ozeta, grandparents, Jose Ozeta, Veronica Ozeta, Patricia Robles and Abelardo Robles, great grandmothers, Rosa Ontiveroz and Teresa Figueroa, aunts, Mckenzie Ozeta, Perla Acosta and Marisela Robles and uncles, Zachary Ozeta and Eugenio Acosta. Mia will always be loved and never forgotten. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85009. 

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Greenwood Memory Serenity Chapel. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
