William Jacob Kaufman, 67, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born July 18, 1942, in Gering, Neb., passed away May 23, 2010.

A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
