Ellen Clark Ellen Clark, 61, of Peoria passed away January 20, 2005. Ellen is survived by her mother Ada Davies Smith; daughter Teresa Yates; sons Michael & Mark Clark; seven grandchildren; sister Diane Gray and brother Frank Davies. She is preceded in death by her father and two sisters. Visitation hours will be held on Monday January 24, 2005 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W Thunderbird Rd. Funeral Mass Tuesday January 25, 2005 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church 6180 W. Utopia. Graveside Services will take place on Wednesday January 26, 2005 at 11:00 am at the Chino Valley Memorial Cemetery in Chino Valley. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Arizona Humane Society 1521 W. Dobbins Road, Mesa, Ariz., 85201.
