Cody Allen Heath, 17, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born in La Mesa, Calif., passed away on Aug. 22, 2007, in Chino Valley.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 26, 2007, at the Chino Valley Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2007, at the First Southern Baptist Church in Chino Valley.

The family was cared for by the Chino Valley Funeral Home.
