Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, Arizona Published Sunday, March 14, 2010 William Terry Michaels passed away Feb. 22, 2010 at Havasu Regional Medical Center. Bill was 62 years young. He was born on Nov. 9, 1947, in Santa Ana, Calif. Bill moved to Lake Havasu City in 1990. He was a Vietnam veteran and a long-time I.B.E.W. journeyman wireman (electrician). Most recently, Bill was team-driving “the big truck” with his good friend Tim. Bill married Michele in 1971, and was a very proud dad to three magnificent kids; Alexia, of Las Vegas, Nev., William M., serving with the U.S. Marine Corps and currently stationed at Camp Pendleton, Calif., and Stacia, of Morgan, Tex., recently married to Abram McNeal. Bill’s surviving brother Phil resides in Lake Havasu City. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bob. A celebration of Bill’s life will be at the Michaels’ home, where friends and family will gather to remember Bill’s comical conversations, his warm heart, and his zest for good food, good music and good company.
