The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, August 31, 2007 Christian Alec Leyva, 16, of Prescott, Ariz., born Feb. 22, 1991, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Aug. 26, 2007 at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Maricopa County. Visitation will be at 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at Hapton Funeral Home with funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007, at the Calvary Chapel, 2313 E. Highway 69, Prescott. Interment will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery on Willow Creek Road, Prescott, In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Christian Leyva Memorial Fund at Country Banks. The family entrusted the arrangements to the Hampton Funeral Home, 240 S. Cortez St., Prescott, Ariz.
