Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona January 27, 1977 Rosary and Funeral Mass for Mr. John K. Duncan, 58, of Santa Maria, California who died Sunday 1-9-77, in Santa Maria Hospital will be conducted Saturday January 15, 1977 in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, Santa Maria. Mr. Duncan was a native of Des Moines, Iowa and was a long time resident of Wickenburg. He had been a chef for 32 years and the last five years was employed by FTE Corp. He was a former member of the Lions Club and a charter member of the Wickenburg Elk’s Lodge, a cook for the Rancho Vistadores of Santa Barbara and a member of the Diehards, a local CB radio club. Survivors include his widow, Shirley; two sons, three daughters, two brothers, a sister, and three grandchildren.
