Lazarus Samuel Vital, 22 days old, infant son of Steven and Irma Vital, passed away April 27, 2005, in Phoenix. 

He is survived by his parents of Concho; two sisters, Alyssa and Naomi Vital; two brothers, Stephen and Josiah Vital, all of Concho.

Funeral Services have been held. 

Owens Mortuary of Snowflake handled the arrangements.
