The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, July 28, 2007 Jane Pettycrew died July 24, 2007, at her home in Prescott, Ariz. She was born to Leo and Pearl (Decker) Peiffer on Sept. 13, 1921, in Genoa, Ohio. She married Raymond Pettycrew in 1954 and moved to Prescott that year. They were the proud owners of the Green Frog Restaurant (Willow Creek Inn) in Prescott for many years. Jane was most proud of her family and she will truly be missed. Jane is survived by her children, Janet (Kevin) Webb, of Prescott, and Vincent Pettycrew of Alpine, Calif.; brothers, Robert (Grace) Peiffer, of Oregon, Ohio, George Peiffer, of Oregon, Ohio and William (Marge) Peiffer, of Pittsford, Mich.; sisters, Barbara (Doug) Fowler, of Genoa, Ohio, Patricia (Joe) Markowski, of Melbourne, Fla., and Bernice (James) Riffle, of Woodville, Ohio; and grandchildren, Jadyn, Sherry, Jim and Denise; great-grandchildren, Justin, Cody and Joseph. Donations may be made to the Prescott Public Library, 325 E. Goodwin St., Prescott, Ariz., 86303. Private cremation services will be at Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel / Crematory. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Information provided by survivors.
