Alex Ernest Laguna, 64, of Tucson died June 14, 2005. 
      
He was born May 2, 1941 in Patagonia, and served in the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1964 and was a member of the U.S.A.F. Bowling Team in Europe. He was married to Darlene (Butch) Laguna for 36 years. He retired from the Arizona Department of Transportation after 39 years of exemplary service. He was quick minded with a caring heart and enjoyed hunting and camping and was a dedicated AZ Wildcat fan. 
      
He is survived by his loving wife Butch; sisters Cecelia, Georgia and Alice; children; Dawn, Brett, Beth Ann, Frances and Alex; grandchildren; Aaron, Alyssa, Abram, Andrew, Jacob, Bobbie, Angela, Wade, Kayla, Brittny and Jessica; great-grandchildren Stevie and Andrew; his loving pets Bundle Butt and Angel.
