SMITH, Calvin T. (Cal)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, July 14, 2007 Calvin T. (Cal) Smith, age 76, passed away July 11, 2007, at this home in Chino Valley, Ariz. He was born June 13, 1931, in Pittsburgh, Pa., to Charles and Ruth Smith. He loved American and Western history. Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Smith. He is survived by his sons, Dan (Debbie) Smith, Glendale, Arizona, Tim (Sharlett) Smith, Chino Valley, Arizona; and five grandchildren. Cal was an extremely loving husband, father and grandfather. He touched the lives of many and cherished all his friendships dearly. He will be deeply missed by all. A visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, 2007, at the Chino Valley Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 6:30 p.m. at the Prescott Community Church, 3151 Willow Creek Road in Prescott, Ariz. Chino Valley Funeral Home is caring for the family.
