Veronica Pauline Kwiek, 89, of Prescott, Ariz., born in Chicago, Ill., passed away July 4, 2007, at Mountain View Manor in Prescott.

A private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
