MILLER, Pete

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 22, 1977 Pete Miller, 61, died at the V. A. Hospital, Tuesday, Sept. 13. Born in Indianola, Iowa, Mr. Miller had served in the U.S. Air Force as a 1st Lt. during WW2. He was a heavy equipment operator for Coconino County for 16 years and owned and operated a small ranch in Williams, Az. where he lived and had moved to Arizona from California 19 years ago. Mr. Miller was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 706 and also a 32 degree mason in Lawrence, Kansas He is survived by his wife, Wanda of Williams, Az., 2 brothers, also by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at the Oddfellows Cemetery at 2 p.m. Friday with Chaplain Milton N. Popp officiating. Memory Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
