Richard R. Painter, 80, a resident of Lake Havasu City, passed away Jan. 10, 2010 in Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev. He was born Aug. 31, 1929, in Indianapolis, Ind., and was a member of the Masons.

Richard was the beloved husband of Grace Painter. They were married for 48 years. He leaves behind two sons, Harry and Christian; two daughters, Sherri and Kathleen; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren, all of Indianapolis, Ind.

Richard was a kind and gentle soul who will be loved and remembered forever.
