The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 07/12/2005 Lillian Goulette, 79, died July 1, 2005 in Phoenix. Lillian was born Oct. 6, 1925 in Lakeview, Oregon. She was born and raised in Lakeview. She married Richard in August 1944, they moved to Arizona and resided there for most of her life. Lillian always found the best in everyone, she will be greatly missed. She is survived by brother Edwin Lukl of Lakeview, Oregon; daughter Susan (Ben) Bennett of Lakeside, Katy (Bruce) Lancaster of Mesa, Mary (Gary) Asker of Livingston, Idaho, Betty Thrasher of Tucson and sons Jim of White Bird, Idaho, John (Donna of Show Low and a "passel" of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, also many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, parents Emil and May Lukl and brother Elwin John Lukl. A memorial Mass will be held Saturday, Aug. 13 at St. Rita's Catholic Church in Show Low. Interment will be Monday, Aug. 15 at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix.
