Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona March 18, 1976 Funeral services were held this week in Colorado Springs, Colorado, for Mrs. Effie M. Rapp, 65, a winter visitor to Wickenburg. She died Saturday, March 13, in the Community Hospital here. For the past several winter Mrs. Rapp had visited her daughter and son-in-law, Mrs. And Mrs. Stan Watson, here. Born in Kansas, Mrs. Rapp spent all her adult life in eastern Colorado where she once taught school. Other survivors include her husband, Bill; two daughters in Colorado, a son in Nebraska, three sisters and eleven grandchildren.
