I have received word that Frances Thorne passed away on February 28 in Kerryville, Tex.  Mr. Thorne and his wife, Faye, were my close neighbors, residing at 314 Sunset Lane here in Congress for several years.  Many friends of this community join me in extending deepest sympathy to Faye Thorne.
