RAYBURN, Robert Ralph

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona June 17, 1976 Funeral services were held June 16 at the Baptist Church in Congress for Robert Ralph Rayburn, who died in the Wickenburg Community Hospital on Sunday, June 13. He was 57 years old. Mrs. Rayburn, retired Arizona Public Service employee, was born on July 22, 1918 in Chicago, Ill. in 1970, he and his wife moved to Congress. Mr. Rayburn served in the United State Navy and was a member of the Woodmen of the World. Many remember Mr. Rayburn for his service to the community as captain of the Congress Volunteer Fire Department. Survivors include his wife, Katherine; a daughter, Kathy Alberta Erwin; a brother, Waldo Sherman Rayburn of Chicago; and three grandchildren. Burial took place at the Congress Cemetery.
