Services will take place at 2 pm Thursday, Feb. 23, at Mountain View Cemetery, 1051 Willow Creek Road, Prescott. Arrangements by Heritage Memory Mortuary, Prescott, Arizona. ------------------------------------------- Jess Roy Mooney, Jr., 78, of Prescott, Ariz. died Tuesday February 21, 2006 at his home in Prescott. Jess was born May 27, 1927 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Jess and Roxie Mooney. He is survived by his wife Betty and two children Diane Jarvis and Robert Mooney. A grave side service will be held Thursday February 23, 2006 2:00 pm at Mountain View Cemetery 1051 Willow Creek Road Prescott, Ariz. Services entrusted to Heritage Memory Mortuary Prescott, Arizona.
