Jeffrey Lynn Smith, 62, passed away Jan. 9, 2010 at his home in Yucca. He was born on Nov. 8, 1947, in Binghamton, N.Y., to Richard T. and Edith M. (Cady) Smith.
 
Jeffrey moved to Lake Havasu City 12 years ago from San Dimas, Calif. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy as a radio operator during the Vietnam War.  Jeffrey served four tours in Vietnam, serving from 1969 to 1975.

Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jeffrey Lynn Smith Jr.; and wife, Anna Marie; daughters, Danielle Denise Taffolla and husband Mitchell, Deborah Ulmschneider and husband Anton, and Danica Ruth Wetzel; sister, Jill Kavanaugh and husband Ed; and his grandchildren, John and Josh Whitaker, Jeffrey Smith III, Miranda Meixner, David and Gage Taffolla, Kristopher, Tyler and Valerie Ulmschneider. Jeffrey loved being a good “Paw Paw” to his grandkids.
