Foy (Earl) Foster, Sr. 75, died August 9 in Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix.

Born in Elk City, Oklahoma, he was a retired government employee and a farmer in the Casa Grande Valley.

He is survived by his wife Dorotha Mae Foster of Wickenburg, and two sons, Foy Jr. of California and Jack of Casa Grande, and a sister.

Services were held Thursday in Casa Grande
