Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she came to Wickenburg in 1949, and has been in Arizona since 1947. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Vic Rouse, a daughter, Janie Liles, two sons, Lawrence Rouse and David Stienecker and eight grandchildren.
