BULGER, Phyllis Jane

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona November 4, 1976 Services were held Monday for Phyllis Jane Bulger, 54, who died Friday at the Wickenburg Community Hospital. A resident of Wickenburg for the past 28 years, she was born in Wilmington Vermont. She was active in church affairs serving as supervisor of the Christian Education Department and on the Altar Guild of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church. She was Altar Guild President in 1971.Survivors include two daughters, Wendy Appel and Shelly Miller, both of Phoenix.
