The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 06/11/2010 Kimberly Ann (Kim) Lomeli, 48, died June 7, 2010 in Concho. She was born Aug. 25, 1962, in Monroe, Mich. Kimberly was a resident of the Concho/Hunt area. She worked as a bartender for Charlie Clark's Steakhouse for the past 13 years and was a much loved employee, one that patrons would come from afar to see. "Pickle juice and tequila anyone." She had that special gift of gab. She loved working in her garden, hiking and hunting for artifacts. Kim always opened her heart and home to all her friends and family, and had amazing barbecues so everyone could come together and have fun. She loved her many animals large and small. She will be missed by all who knew her. Kim is survived by her fiance Glenn C. Bay; sons Jason L. Paredes of Schofield Barricks, Hawaii and Jamison D. Paredes of Show Low; daughters Jessica C. Merrill of Wahiawa, Hawaii; grandchildren Destiny Lomeli, Anthony Paredes, Kailani Paredes and Mckenzi Paredes; Carol Frendo and stepfather Steve Frendo of Debary, Fla.; brothers Todd, Tracey and Christopher Osment and half brother Glen Alcorn; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Merle G. Osment. A memorial in her honor will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 13, at Charlie Clarks Steakhouse.
